As a resident of Kauai since 1983, Mr. Kyno has 27 years of real estate experience. He specializes in the sale of high-end homes, large tracts of land and commercial development properties. In 1993 he founded the Kauai Housing Development Corporation, a 501c3 non-profit specializing in the development of affordable housing. In 1993 - 1994 he represented the State of Hawaii on the Affordable Housing Advisory Council for the 9th District of the U.S. through the FHLB of Seattle. He has consistently been named one of the top five producing real estate agents on Kauai with sales ranging from $25 to $50 million each year. He was the number one producing realtor in Kauai in 2008 and 2006. Mr. Kyno received his EcoBroker Certified designation in 2009, issued by the Association of Energy & Enviromental Real Estate Professionals. He maintains an extensive network of investors, developer partners and buyers both in Hawaii and on the mainland. Mr. Kyno has devised and executed marketing programs that have sold out all of his previous projects, some within days of opening to the market.
