Suzanne Walsh arrived in the Wood River Valley in 1990 from California seeking a different lifestyle with clean air, clean water and Rocky Mountains. She met and married her husband and found the perfect place to ski, snowshoe and hike with their llamas. It's also where she discovered the investment power of real estate, and completed over a dozen transactions before obtaining her real estate license.
Suzanne came to real estate after working as an operations, contracts and insurance administrator for a large, multidisciplinary engineering firm, and prior to that, providing marketing and public relations services to a wide variety of clients through her own consulting firm. She began her real estate career in 2003 and came to Sotheby's International Realty in 2006. Through her extensive travels, and investments, she understands the real estate markets in Idaho, and draws upon her worldwide referral network to assist clients in buying and selling property. Because a high percentage of her business is repeat and referred clients, excellent service is paramount, and she is never too busy for her clients' referrals.
