Katherine Schroder started her real estate career as an assistant to a commercial broker at NAI Batten & Moore while a student at The College of Charleston in South Carolina. After graduating with a degree in Corporate Communications, Katherine left the beach for the mountains of Idaho. She got to know the larger community of Blaine County well in her first job as the public relations coordinator for the school district. After a few years in Idaho, Katherine joined the team of a boutique real estate office specializing in high-end condominiums and fractional ownership in Sun Valley; working first as office manager and assistant to the broker and then later getting her Idaho Real Estate Sales Associate license. Katherine then continued her real estate career as the in-house real estate agent for a local developer and worked with the team at VP Companies on development and investment projects throughout the Intermountain West. Katherine recently joined the Sun Valley Sotheby's International Real Estate team and is serving clients valley-wide from first time homebuyers to clients looking for a luxury vacation home. Katherine's work ethic is that of honesty, integrity and dedication to making your next real estate purchase or sale a positive experience.

When not working, Katherine is very active as a volunteer in the local community serving as Board Vice President for The Advocates for Survivors of Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault and as a Big Sister for the Big Brothers - Big Sisters of Idaho non profit organization. She also enjoys all of the fun that the Idaho outdoors have to offer like skiing, mountain biking, trail running and camping. Katherine is a dedicated member of her community and is a hard working, dedicated sales associate ready to help you with your next real estate transaction.
