Kim Thaler has called the Florida Keys home since 1999, after relocating from the Midwest. In addition, Kim is a gifted and effective negotiator expertly navigating the delicate process of negotiation by applying much needed patience, dedication and determination in advocating on her clients behalf. A consistent multi-million dollar producer throughout her career, Kim has achieved more than $200 million dollars in sales since 1994. Kim earned her Real Estate Broker's license in the state of Florida and also is a graduate of the Realtor Institute (GRI). In addition, Kim received her B.A. in business from the University of Purdue. When not helping her clients purchase their piece of paradise, Kim enjoys entertaining, boating, scuba diving, horseback riding and fishing with her husband, Mike and her two prized Rottweilers.
