Dave Choate was born in Fairfield, Connecticut and raised in nearby Huntington.
His father, Russ Choate, is a local Builder and Dave was raised in a new construction background.
After graduating from Central Connecticut State University with a degree in Finance, Dave started his career as a REALTOR in 1992 with Carey & Guarrera Real Estate in Huntington.
In 1994 Dave moved to California to pursue his artistic talents as a visual artist and lived in Los Angeles and San Francisco before moving back to Connecticut in 1998. Dave continues to paint and in his free time works as an Photographer shooting architecture for local interior designers and builders in Manhattan and Fairfield County.
Dave's hobbies include painting, photography, and reading up on the American Revolutionary War. His paintings are mostly of the sports genre. He also shoots freelance for CBS Sports - MaxPreps covering local varsity high school action.
Dave services the towns of Southport, Fairfield, Westport, Black Rock, Bridgeport, Trumbull, Monroe, Huntington, Shelton, Stratford, Lordship, Derby, Ansonia, Seymour and Oxford.
