David Haynes has enjoyed over 28 years of success in the financial services industry with a career on Wall Street with Morgan Stanley Dean Witter. During his career David lead many different areas of sales on a national level for the firm. These areas include; Taxable Fixed Income, commercial and residential real estate partnerships, money management and structured products. In addition, David served as the President of Dean Witter Trust as well as owned and operated his own real estate development firm.David likes to say he survived on Wall Street for a long time because of his understanding of what people's service needs truly are in addition to his in-depth and unique understanding of the many variables when searching for that right property or entrusting a property to him when selling.David has a keen sense of the business aspect of real estate as well as being able to identify the intricacies of what it takes to make a transaction simple and successful. David is creative and has much experience in working with the savviest of buyers.David and his wife, Anita, chose the beautiful Treasure Coast Community of Vero Beach, FL to call home where they are members of Quail Valley Golf Club. David and Anita spend much of their extra time with their daughter Liz, son David and friends.
