She possesses a broad knowledge of the industry through successful years of real estate transactions, LLC management and investor-owned property design and advice. Sue understands the unique challenges of relocation having personally moved from the major cities of Chicago, Minneapolis and Pittsburgh. Her intense appreciation of financial, emotional and educational concerns, allow her to bridge those unknown fears into great memories. Sue has been a resident of John's Creek gated community, Country Club of the South, for 13 years. She prides herself on helping her luxury home sellers through the complex sales process. Sue routinely offers design and construction advise prior to & during a listing period and also offers her professional staging abilities.

Sue and her husband Matt have raised three daughters who have all graduated and/or attend SEC schools. Since 2003 she has been extensively involved in the CCS Charity Guild, a volunteer organization that raises money to benefit several local Atlanta charities.
