A Concord, Massachusetts native, Charbonneau has vacationed with his family in Naples since 1977; the family purchased a residence in Park Shores Lausanne in 1979 as a second home. He has lived in Naples full time since 2006.
He has twenty-five years of experience in numerous aspects of real estate including residential and commercial development and construction, as well as custom homes, and high-rise development in downtown Boston. He has an unrestricted construction supervisor in Massachusetts. He is also a USCG licensed captain.
Charbonneau is a graduate of Middlesex School in Concord, MA, and earned a degree in Government from Connecticut College. He is a member of the Naples Area Board of REALTORS®, the Florida Association of REALTORS®, and the National Association of REALTORS®.
