After graduating with a Degree in Architecture, Sarah Tadlock launched her career in Real Estate in. In her fist year, Sarah's first year successes earned her the title "Rookie of the Year" at Coldwell Banker Premier Group. From the beginning, her extensive involvement in a large scale downtown development cemented her passion and ultimate focus on the St. Louis downtown revitalization effort.

In 2009, Sarah and her business partner opened the doors of Downtown Living Now, a company dedicated to preserving the integrity of the downtown building environment, and to enhancing the quality, value, and overall experience of city living at its finest.
