The building affords marvelous views by featuring a "front-row seat" to Daan Forest Park.The design of The Peakview makes effective use of a classical architectural lexicon, with windows designed according to the Golden Ratio and a timeless aesthetic ethos. The detailed craftsmanship is a treat in itself, while at the same time helping to gain maximum benefit from the view. Each household has its own broad, 30 meter facade overlooking the sea of trees below. Noted artist Berlin Yang was commissioned to produce one of his sculptures – "Tree Plinth" – for the building, reflecting the design's emphasis on cultural and ecological concerns.
