Phyllis has spent 23 years listing and selling homes in Northern Westchester and Putnam Counties. She uses her expertise to educate her clients in the following areas: Chappaqua, Pleasantville, Cortlandt Manor, Katonah, Bedford, Somers, North Salem, South Salem, Croton, Yorktown, Briarcliff Manor and Putnam County. She has expertise in new construction and has worked with many Fortune 500 companies to help relocate domestic and international clients to the Northern Westchester and Putnam areas. Phyllis was raised in Pleasantville and Chappaqua and is a current resident of Cortlandt Manor. She holds a BS in Accounting from The University of Bridgeport, and is both an RRI & Sirva Certified Relocation Specialist. Additionally, she has consistently earned awards including silver, gold, platinum and diamond from the Westchester County Board of Realtors. This places her sales in the top percentile of Westchester agents. Her hobbies include needlework, quilting, travel and taking care of her 2 cocker spaniels.
