As a third generation Chicago resident, Kevin inherited a passion for the city's architectural history from his father, who grew up in a brownstone where Water Tower Place now sits.

With several years in the real estate, development, and construction industries, along with extensive experience in the entertainment industry, Kevin has a unique ability to think outside the box while maintaining a business foundation that includes excellent attention to detail. Kevin currently lives in the South Loop with his wife and two children. His career as a professional actor has given him the opportunity to live in both Chicago and Los Angeles and to work on over thirty films and television shows and numerous commercials.
