Jennie Jantz specializes in finding the right home for her buyers. Her attention to detail and dedication to her clients affords her the ability to find the right fit. Her first priority is her client's satisfaction and helping them find their next home. Another important key is communication and trust.
"I love working with people," explains Jennie. "I live for the feeling I get when I deliver a key to my buyers. It's their dream, and to be of assistance in that dream is priceless."
An Ambassador and Native of Tucson, Jennie has a rich family history of serving our community through public service and industry. Her family has been instrumental in the construction business for almost 80years in Tucson, a tradition Jennie and her husband, Chip have continued since2004, as owners and operators of JANC Excavation and Construction LLC.
Jennie brings to her real estate career a professional background with JANC Excavation, the Marana Municipal Court, a private legal establishment, as well as transcribing medical documents for several doctors in Southern Arizona. She possesses a strong work ethic filled with values, professionalism, structure and organization.
Jennie is the mother of 4, 2 girls and 2 boys. Jennie's two daughters graduated from Ironwood Ridge High School, and her two boys currently attend Wilson K-8 and Ironwood Ridge High School. She and her family contribute to school functions as well as supporting the sports programs her kids have been involved with.
A firm believer in giving back to the community, Jennie's dream is to create a family legacy foundation funded by a percentage of her earnings that may one day be used for non-profit organizations that pertain to educational grants for teachers, the needs of students, as well as families that may be in need of assistance.
Like everything she does, Jennie wants to do it right. It's not about selling real estate, it's about building long-term relationships, trust, and nourishing the community.
