Marc recently joined David Schroedl and Associates to focus on the La Jolla Residential Market where he is currently a homeowner. Marc is a 20-year veteran in commercial real estate. He has facilitated over 700 lease and sale transactions representing over $300 million in value. Including leasing and sales of industrial/flex and office properties, single tenant buildings, office building, retail centers and land. Marc is involved in investing in multiple partnerships of commercial properties and land development. Marc is a graduate of USD School of Business and began his career in real estate in 1989. A La Jolla High graduate, he is very fortunate that his entire family has been in the La Jolla area since 1978.
