Born and educated in England Patrick came to Canada and Creemore over 50 years ago. He has worked as a house builder and building contractor and was involved with the Ontario New Home Warranty Program in the mid-seventies where he specialized in major structural damage and has been involved with many conciliation's between the warranty program and the homeowners. He has a passion for architecture and premium workmanship. For 30 years he has offered the highest of Real Estate services through his boutique office in the Village of Creemore and has always been in the Luxury Real Estate market with over 800 Real Estate sales or purchases in the Village and countryside to his credit. Patrick has been involved with obtaining over 100 Niagara Escarpment Development Permits and severances throughout his career and has always assisted his clients with their building and development ideas. Patrick has helped with several projects in the area and has assembled land for the Mad River Golf Course, the Toronto and North York Hunt, Creemore Springs Brewery, and was solely responsible for the Hunters Ridge Development. He was also a pioneer in the Purple Hills Arts and Crafts and assisted in the new Arena and Medical center developments in the village.
