My love for the urban, old-growth neighborhoods along the East Bench led me to choose a career in real estate. Six years later, I am now an expert on area-specific architectural styles, home values, and neighborhood lifestyle.

As first-time home buyers, we knew almost nothing about real estate. Cherie and Marshall were there for us every step of the way, from the first property we viewed to the moment we got the keys to our new house-and even after, with great advice on being new homeowners.

In the past we have had so little luck finding even a decent Realtor who wanted to do the work entailed in finding us the right house, never mind doing everything in her power to watch out for us during the showing process, the offer process; she completely shined in the inspection process. Cherie will be the REALTOR® selling our home on Perry Avenue after the demolition and remodel of the entire kitchen, family room and master bathroom, and the demolition and rebuild of a rundown, not even one-car garage to a new two-car garage, partially designed by Cherie and our contractor, along with an architect.
