David started his real estate career in 1979 assisting clients in Tucson and Phoenix, Arizona. He moved to Hawaii in 1987 to join The Hammond Company, a national mortgage banker, where he quickly rose from Loan Officer to Branch Manager. Refocusing on the real estate side of the business in 1990, David became the regional Vice President for CENTURY 21 of the Pacific where he was responsible for offices in Hawaii, Guam and Saipan. In 1994, David served as the regional director for Prudential Real Estates Affiliates. David started Charter Funding / First Magnus in 1998 and expanded the company to become the largest privately held mortgage banker in the State of Hawaii with offices on all islands. In 2007 David became an Executive Vice President for Central Pacific Bank in their home loan department. He started Caliber Funding in 2009 before returning to real estate sales in 2010 with Prudential Advantage Realty.
