Gail began her real estate career in 1980 at hch Real Estate - an icon in the industry for more than 50 years. She melded a background in marketing, sales and her personal history of childhood summers on LBI into a comprehensive and effective sales approach. Her dedication to customer knowledge and service garnered her loyal customers & clients for life. In 1995, Gail earned her Broker's license and with her husband, Tom Cook, took over the majority shares of the company and finalized complete ownership in September 2007. Building upon the company's legacy of dedicated customer service, they ramped up the core then expanded its reach by affiliating with Sotheby's International Realty in February 2008.
