A fifth-generation resident of Oahu, Beth knows the territory. Beth has been a member of the Honolulu Board of REALTORS® since 1979 and has served on the MLS Rules and Regulations Task Force and currently serves on the Hawaii Association of REALTORS® Standard Forms Committee. In addition to her work as a REALTOR®, Beth has served on the Board of Directors of the Hawaii Children's Cancer Foundation, The University of Hawaii School of Nursing and Dental Hygiene Advisory Board, and is a life member of the Daughter's of Hawaii. Currently Beth is a volunteer mediator at the Mediation Center of the Pacific and a trained Neutral for Foreclosure Dispute Resolution. At home, Beth and her husband Patrick cherish their time with their daughters Mary and Emma and Cavalier King Charles Spaniels Eli Manning and Lilly Pulitzer. In addition to representing her clients in residential sales, Beth has served as the company's Broker in Charge and Principal Broker. Beth's 30 years of experience combined with her mediation skills make Beth a valuable resource for LIST Sotheby's International Realty. As a third-generation Realtor®, she also certainly knows the business. As Beth puts it, "I was born with a fact sheet in my hand." Beth has been a Broker since 1981. She holds a Graduate Realtors Institute (GRI) designation and the Council of Real Estate Brokerage Managers (CRB) designation. She became a Vice President at Mary Worrall Associates Sotheby's International Realty in 1995, after 15 years with the company. Beth is very pleased that most of her clients are referrals and repeat clients. "I consider myself blessed to have grown up in this beautiful place. It's important to me that the people I represent truly connect with their home," she says. Beth's ability to listen to her clients enables her to provide Million Dollar Service regardless of a property's price. "I really enjoy the satisfaction of seeing a family settle in a new home and neighborhood as if they lived there for years."
