A native of Ohio, Fred relocated to Naples in 1993 and began his career in real estate. He works with domestic and international buyers and sellers of luxury property in beachfront, boating and golf communities throughout Old Naples, Park Shore, Pelican Bay, Bay Colony, Pelican Marsh, and Tiburon.

Previously, Fred was president of The Alter Company, a firm that marketed to major department stores throughout the mid-west United States. His skills in state-of-the-art technology provide a great benefit to clients, especially in the technology-driven real estate market.

He is a member of the Naples Area Board of REALTORS®, the Florida Association of REALTORS® and the National Association of REALTORS®.
