Steve Parker, born and raised in Hawaii, is a second generation REALTOR®. A graduate of Stanford University in economics, Steve first obtained his broker's license in 1969. He then moved to Maui in 1972 to open Earl Thacker & Co, one of Hawaii's oldest real estate brokerage firms. Steve is also a practicing real estate appraiser with a state certified general appraiser designation. His experience stretches to development, subdivision, and real estate consulting, with a focus on Maui and the Big Island.
