Originally from Washington, Dannette moced to Arizona in 1995. Having spent her formative years in the capital centers of Seattle and Phoenix, Dannette lives and breathes ubanity, with a true understanding of all that city life has to offer.Earning her real estate license in 2004, Dannette worked with Russ Lyon Realty, specializing in luxury properties in Scottsdale. In 2006, she was one of teh first agents invited to join Equitable, where she co-founded the new MG Urban division of Moskowitz & Gilbert Group. as the partner specializing in luxury "downtown" product, she works closely with land agents, developers, and residential buyers and new home sales agents in teh established and redeveloping areas of Scottsdale and Phoenix.She is a founding member of the Equitable's Green real estate division and one of the first qualified Eco-Brokers in Arizona, enabling her to drive the maximum sales and marketing potential for sustainable, energy efficient properties.Prior to real estate, Dannett's career focused on sales. as a Team Leader for the Valley of the Sun United Way, she received the top fundraising award in 2001, bringing in over 1.3m in donations from the sports/entertainment industry. Her early career as a senior sales associate for major corporations consistently earned her top producing awards in business development.Dannette received her BS in Marketing & Management from the University of Washington in 2001, with a minor in Non Profits and American Humanics. She is actively involved in the community with Junior Achievment, Phoenix Children's hospital, and the Volunteers for Hospice organization. She is affiliated with Scottsdale Area Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, US Green Building Council, & represents MG Urban at Valley Partnership & Urban Land Institue.A certified yoga instructor, Dannette currently resides in Old Town Scottsdale.
