Erica Brooks joined the Company in 2006 as part of the administrative team, concentrating on our commercial and lodging divisions. Originally from the Bangor area Erica moved to Colorado for a year in 2005. Realizing how much she missed the beauty of Maine she moved back to her home state in 2006.

Erica's intention when joining The Swan Agency Sotheby's International Realty was to assimilate herself into the local real estate market through working with the talented brokerage team and then move into brokerage herself, and currently holds her Associate Broker's license. Erica is very active in the social media sector of real estate marketing as well, and updates her blog allthingserica.blogspot.com often.
