Sonia grew up in Newport Beach, in a family involved in real estate development. Her love of sailing, telemark skiing and the outdoors led her to Colorado. Sonia's B.S. (Finance) and M.S. (Systems Management) are from the University of Southern California. She funded her education at USC through a full scholarship and by working in sales at Merrill Lynch. After USC, she traveled extensively throughout Europe leading troops and negotiating contracts as an airborne qualified logistical operations officer. After returning to Colorado, she entered management at Citicorp, overseeing credit and customer service.
Sonia went on to combine her educational and leadership experiences to start and successfully complete numerous real estate development projects, often requiring extensive knowledge of water rights, negotiation with governmental agencies, and skillful marketing. Sonia loves to help buyers and investors acquire the ideal properties. Her years of negotiation experience ensure her buyers get the best possible value, and she provides exceptional marketing and consistent and honest feedback for her sellers.
She is a member of numerous boards, including BARA, Metro, DMCAR and LoopNet (commercial) and the Grand County Board of Realtors. With 20 years of sales, marketing and development experience, she is here to help you achieve your goals.
