Real Estate for me is a serious business and I see myself as the negotiator to ensure that my buyers and sellers are happy in all aspects during a transaction. For me it is all about the client and to assist them in making the right decisions as this may be one of their biggest investments that they will ever make. I have been representing buyers and sellers for 8 years and believe in professional service. Many of my clients and business is because of referrals. For me an honest reputation combined with professional knowledge is very important. I previously worked as a school teacher and University lecturer and there for believe I have the energy, enthusiasm, persistence combined with a good sense of humour to make your property experience a good one. I was born in Stellenbosch and did my schooling and University in the second oldest town of South Africa. I still live in this beautiful town and believe in surrounding property market. I am proud of my town and its historical heritage. I completed my NQF4 qualification and the exam for the Board of Estate Agents. I am a member of the Institute of estate agents of South Africa and attend continuous education lectures and courses every year.
