Mary is from Buffalo, New York and is a graduate of the University of Vermont, where she majored in Political Science and History. After graduation, Mary headed west and moved to the La Jolla area of Southern California in 1988, where she worked in the corporate offices of Ben and Jerry's and in the adventure travel industry.

As long time seasonal visitors to Park City, Mary and her family fell in love with the community. In 1996 they relocated to Salt Lake City, with hopes of moving to Park City in the future. They bought their first rental property in Park City in 2005, giving Mary the opportunity to gain valuable experience in the rental property management business. Successfully buying, selling and managing their rental properties enabled them to move to Park City in 2008, where they happily embraced the opportunities that living in a world class ski town offers.

Mary's family in the New York area has long been involved in development and construction and they urged her to turn her skills in property management and sales to real estate. Capitalizing on her experience in property management, Mary's primary focus is on investment and rental property in the areas close to the Deer Valley and Park City ski resorts. She also has extensive knowledge of the Park City single family home and vacant land market.

Mary has supplemented her real estate expertise by becoming a Certified Investment Analyst. She is qualified to assist you in making the right choices for investment and income property in Park City. Mary also owns and operates a boutique nightly vacation rental property management company, which enables her to research, know and intimately understand the rental market in Park City and Deer Valley resort properties.

Active in Park City community events, including the American Cancer Society, Luxury Home Tour and Park City Vision, this busy lady enjoys a full schedule of community involvement. She is also very active in her children's school - Rowland Hall in Salt Lake City. Mary is an avid skier and road and mountain biker, taking advantage of Park City's year-round recreational opportunities.
