Chris's family founded the Naples firm of Powell & Yanson real estate in the early 60s. The firm pioneered the development and marketing of many of the finest beachfront condominiums in Naples.

Following in his father's footsteps, Chris developed a knowledge gained through 25 years of successful real estate experience. That experience combined with his family'shistorical perspective, it amounts to fifty years of insight about Naples, past, present, and future.

Chris specializes in marketing and negotiating the sale of luxury properties in Old Naples, Aqualane Shores, Port Royal, Coquina Sands and The Moorings.

He is a member of the Naples Area Board of REALTORS®, the Florida Association of REALTORS® and the National Association of REALTORS®.
