I have been a broker on Miami Beach since 2000, selling a variety of condos and houses along the way. Previously, ran a successful restaurant and a health club in Iceland. Studied psychology at university. After moving to the states, I worked with a few popular brokers in Miami Beach, then owned/managed my own real estate company for years and finally found a suitable company with One Sotheby's. My highest sale so far was the PH-E at the Fontainebleau for $12.5m which had sold the year before to my buyer for $6.4m and history has repeated itself. Mainly, because through the years I have managed to stay on top of the market to produce results like that, for investors, 50% return not uncommon.I moved here from my native country of Iceland and got stuck in the sunshine state as many snowbirds do! I go back at least once a year with my wife and children to stay in touch with my roots. Miami Beach is now my home away from home. I married an import from Jamaica, we have 3 boys and living it up happily in Miami Beach. My passions are my family, good food, cars, motorcycles, and my work. Over the years i have learned to balance it all.I am a Tony Robbins "follower" and contribute a part of my life's success to learning through his organization. I believe that good habits are the key to success in live, therefore i train at 6 a.m. Every work day and spend a minimum of 1 hour a day on research. The more you know and understand, the more value you have to your clients. Expertise and integrity are the key! One has little value without the other!
