Marc recently joined David Schroedl and Associates to focus on the La Jolla Residential Market where he is currently a homeowner. Marc is a 20-year veteran in commercial real estate. He has facilitated over 700 lease and sale transactions representing over $300 million in value. Including leasing and sales of industrial/flex and office properties, single tenant buildings, office building, retail centers and land. Marc is involved in investing in multiple partnerships of commercial properties and land development. Marc is a graduate of USD School of Business and began his career in real estate in 1989. A La Jolla High graduate, he is very fortunate that his entire family has been in the La Jolla area since 1978. "Growing up in this amazing town, and being able to work and focus on La Jolla real estate is an amazing opportunity." Marc lives in the Windansea area.
