After having lived in University town Ann Arbor as a graduate student, Ines moved several times between Rio de Janeiro, Westchester, NY, Greenwich, Ct. and Buenos Aires, finally returning to native Montevideo, Uruguay three years ago. Ines has an MBA from University of Michigan (98) with focus in Finance, and has since then worked at a Brazilian investment Bank, a fashion showroom in NY and was also founder of an on line auction site in her native Uruguay. For 10 years, Inés has been an Executive Director for Reaching U, A Foundation For Uruguay, a non-profit that selects and finances educational programs in Uruguay based in New York. She was a co-founder and leader of the organization and currently occupies a seat at its Board of Directors. During her years as ED; she has developed many close relationships with donors and institutional sponsors who she has consistently wooed to support her cause through the years. Having lived in different parts of the continent, Ines has come to appreciate the beauty of her home town of Montevideo as well as the Uruguayan countryside which she knows very well. She also values the privilege of living so close to a world class summer resort like Punta del Este and has followed its real estate bloom very closely, often marveling at the area’s capacity to continue to grow and still maintain its charm. She is looking forward to apply all her networking and social skills in this new exciting field of luxury real estate; especially providing support to expats and foreign investors that plan to move or spend their holidays in Uruguay. Her finance experience and understanding of financial markets will undoubtedly be very helpful when dealing with people's most valuable asset: their home ... Ines speaks fluently Portuguese, English and Spanish, and conversational German.
