Claudia has worked in residential real estate for more than 35 years and in 2007 established the Donovan-Seaton Group. She takes pride in serving clients across all price ranges and in neighborhoods throughout the city and close-in Maryland suburbs. She is widely recognized as one of the city's premier real estate professionals, holds several sales records, and constantly ranks in the area's top tier of producers.

Claudia came to Washington as a college student and has never looked back. After finishing her undergraduate work, she studied drama as a graduate student at Catholic University. In the process, she adopted Washington as her new hometown.

Claudia is actively involved in making Washington a better place to live. She is an active supporter of Northwest Neighbors Village, a non-profit organization that helps upper Northwest residents remain independent in their own homes as they age. She has been involved in a variety of other community organizations and is an active supporter of the DC art scene. A native of Long Island, she brought her love of sailing south with her. In her spare time she can often be found with her family and friends in the waters off Annapolis and Onancock.
