A long time resident of the Wood River Valley, Pam Rheinschild came to ski for a season before law school after graduating from California State University, Fullerton with a degree in Business Administration and Real Estate Finance. They say about Sun Valley 'you come for the winters and stay for the summers' and after that first year in the mountains, Pam made Sun Valley home in 1985.

With a background in commercial construction and property management in Southern California, Pam joined the local real estate community earning her Broker's license, GRI designation, and Certified Residential Appraisal license.

Pam has assisted buyers, sellers, and homeowners for nearly 20 years with an emphasis on luxury residential and recreational properties throughout the Wood River Valley. Today's complex real estate environment has created tremendous opportunities for seasoned investors and first time participants, requiring a Realtor with strong valuation skills, broad scope marketing, balanced negotiating, professional networking, and an eye for detail, balanced with a dose of common sense.

What worked in the past is insufficient for this new market and Pam's unique skill set and personal commitment is well matched for today's challenges. Local knowledge, integrity, and a firm belief a real estate transaction should be professionally conducted, yet a pleasurable experience for all involved.

Pam compliments her professional pursuits with family and community involvement - having served on the boards of the Animal Shelter and Sagebrush Equine Training Center for the Handicapped. Pam currently supports her daughter's involvement as an Alpine racer with the Sun Valley Ski Education Foundation.
