In 1993, Jerry was chosen to direct the marketing and sales of custom estate homes at Vintage Oaks in the prestigious Polo Club of Boca Raton, where he achieved record-breaking sales. In 2001, Jerry was named Project Director and Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Kenco Communities Stone Creek Ranch, an ultra-luxurious enclave of lakefront estate homes ranging in price from over $4 million to $10 million.
