Scott has been involved in the development of the Mountain View Plaza shopping center in Kalispell locating such stores as Target, Home Depot, and Borders, TJ Maxx, Best Buy, Ross, and smaller tenants such as Verizon, Famous Footwear, IHOP and others. He is also currently handling the leasing and development of Hutton Ranch Plaza with the balance of the available space. In Whitefish he has helped with the sales of the highly successful Monterra condominium project with over 150 total condo sales in that project. He has sold both downtown commercial sites and high end residential properties around Whitefish lake. Both he and Scott Darkenwald handle the prestigious Iron Horse golf community as selling and listing partners in that golf project. They have a very strong presence representing both Sellers and Buyers at one of the most exclusive golf communities in the Pacific Northwest. Scott has been very active in the Whitefish community where he has lived for over 20 years, he is married with three daughters. He has helped as an assistant football coach in the town on and off over the 20 years he has lived here. He also has served on community boards, volunteered with youth groups and helped get Young Life off the ground in the Flathead valley.
