Jane Sanzen has been a resident of Saratoga Springs for 30 years and began her business career as the co-owner and manager of Saratoga Veterinary Products, an international company specializing in the manufacturing and marketing of equine health products. After that, she delved into the world of professional fundraising and worked as the Assistant Director of the Annual Fund at Skidmore College. For six years, Jane was an Associate Broker at Coldwell Banker Prime Properties. She is a full time Real Estate Specialist and is certified as a New Homes Sales Professional. Her specialties include residential sales, Health Homes, horse farms and estate properties. Jane also holds the National Association of Realtors' GREEN DESIGNATION, the only green real estate professional designation recognized by NAR. She also has extensive knowledge of the local area and is committed to giving her clients the highest level of service. She is a member of the National Association of Realtors, Capital District Multiple Listing Service and the Greater Capital Association of Realtors. Jane has a history of active community involvement including the Saratoga Springs Preservation Foundation, the Universal Preservation Hall,the Saratoga Mentoring Program, the Saratoga County Animal Shelter and the Saratoga Performing Arts Council. She is a member of the American Horse Show Association and the Capital District Hunter/Jumper Council. Jane is a graduate of Skidmore College with a Bachelor of Science in Business. She has two grown daughters and is an avid horsewoman, skier and hiker.
