What a place to grow up! Sandy has called Aspen and the Roaring Fork Valley home since 1950, when her parents made an adventurous road trip west from New York. It was in those early years living in Aspen that she developed a great love for Roaring Fork Valley and the necessity for stewardship of the land. Sandy returned home after graduating from the University of Colorado, to open one of Aspen's first art galleries. The Hunter Gallery specialized in Western Americana, contemporary art as well as many of Aspen's well known artists and photographers. In 1979, Sandy's passion for horses called her downvalley, where she founded the Cedar Ridge Farm, an equestrian center that sponsored many recognized shows and brought in numerous international judges and trainers. As a lover of Aspen's history, Sandy has served on the boards of the Aspen Historical Society and Aspen Hall of Fame. She has a wealth of real estate knowledge to assist you in your search for the perfect place to call home in the Roaring Fork Valley. Sandy can't imagine living anywhere else - why shouldn't you?
