After thirty years of selling real estate in the Town of Palm Beach, most of it with the local Sotheby’s office, Carol was elevated to the position of Vice President and Brokerage Manager for the office in the summer of 2011. Unquestionably, her experience as a top 1% sales associate, and her GRI and CRS designations were instrumental in her selection. But it is Carol’s leadership skills which have set her apart: she has held almost every office in the Palm Beach Board of Realtors, including its Presidency; she has been honored with the prestigious Realtor-Associate of the Year award; she served on the Real Estate Guide Committee established to produce the local Real Estate Guide magazine; and she also served on the committee which was established to coordinate the introduction and continual improvement of an MLS service which is second to none; and she has served as a Director of the Florida Association of Realtors and as a member of their Board President’s Committee. Perhaps most significantly, she has sold real estate for thirty years in a very competitive market with a high level of professionalism, skill and integrity. Carol intends to lead the fifty-plus agents in the Palm Beach office by example, strengthening their educational backgrounds, improving their computer search and access skills, and ensuring full utilization of the on-line information and tools maintained by Sotheby’s with respect to the market. Her greatest professional pleasure will be to motivate, educate, and empower all of her existing and future agents to reach their full potential while increasing the market share of the office.
