Throughout his accomplished 26-year career, Joe has negotiated numerous notable and record-breaking sales. In 2011, he represented the seller of Point of View, which closed at $39.5 million, achieving the highest-ever price for a waterfront residence in Greenwich. This distinguished Field Point Park estate was sold after its contents, an important art collection, were auctioned by Sotheby's. For the year, Joe participated in four of the 11 transactions in Greenwich over $8 million.
Working diligently and tirelessly to earn the trust and respect of his clients, Joe enjoys longstanding relationships with them, most all of whom become repeat customers and/or provide referrals. In 2010, he represented both the seller and buyer in the sale of Old Mill Farm, and is now again the listing agent for this newly renovated 75-acre landmark, one of the last Great Estates of Greenwich. Another of his 18 current listings is Valley High Farms, for which he represented the buyer in the 2006 sale at $16.125 million, achieving Greenwich's second-highest-ever land price. He is also the listing agent of a lakefront estate in Conyers Farm, for which he previously represented the seller and buyer in the 2009 sale at $12.225 million, and the seller in the 2007 sale at $12.4 million.

A resident of Greenwich for 29 years, Joe began his real estate career in 1986 with Preferred Properties, achieving award-winning status within his first year. After working for eight years with Sotheby's International Realty affiliate William Pitt Real Estate, he joined Sotheby's International Realty when the firm opened its own Greenwich office in 1995.
