Ross originally joined the real estate industry in 1999 after 15 years of running his own importing and textile business. His area of expertise initially was to partner with key clients to develop, create and sell-down a number of large-scale developments both in the Auckland CBD and in premium coastal locations.
He also successfully sold and auctioned numerous exclusive residential homes. Ross’s passion for property has also encompassed ownership of a Harcourt’s franchised agency in Orakei for four years, which he subsequently sold. Orakei has always been an area of passion and focus as his family have lived there in a number of front-row properties since the 1940s.
He has worked for New Zealand Sotheby’s International Realty in their Queenstown office, marketing exclusive, high-end real estate to and for clients all over the world. During this period Ross also developed a number of lifestyle properties in the Queenstown Lakes District through his own separate development companies. Ross is an experienced and consummate professional with a great understanding of the property market from a sales, marketing and development perspective.
Ross was involved in the set up and establishment of the New Zealand Sotheby’s International Realty Eastern Suburbs office early in 2012, and is now based there. His extensive local knowledge and experience is only surpassed by his unrivalled enthusiasm for marketing and selling premium property.
