I first came to Delray Beach in 2001, when the opportunity to open a Ben & Jerry's Franchise prompted me to relocate from New York City. I instantly fell in love with Delray and its culture. Immersing myself in the community, I created a thriving business alongside my father for over six years. It was through outstanding customer service, creative marketing strategies, and the ability to meet deadlines that a strong customer base was established and that the value of the business increased each year. I enjoyed getting to know the people and the area, and finding creative avenues for advertising, fundraising, and community outreach.
In the summer of 2007, I moved to Burlington, Vermont to work with Music Contact International, a company specializing in the creation of customized concert tours and music festivals on a stateside and international level. Fostering and maintaining valued client relationships while negotiating with suppliers from all over the world, I built high quality tours from the ground up. From start to finish, often years in the making, I coordinated all elements from concert arrangements to marketing materials to finances, all in effort to create an experience of a lifetime. I traveled often to breathtaking destinations such as Prague, Florence, Venice, Rome, New York City and Puerto Rico.
