A long time Queenstown local, Matt is a family man who is well established in the area and can offer his clients service-orientated and conscientious assistance in their property transactions.

Matt’s strengths are in his communication skills and his balanced approach which has seen him achieve strong results while maintaining a relatable nature.

Matt studied all facets of property at Auckland University, graduating with a Bachelor of Property Administration in 1990. Since then he has worked in both the commercial leasing and valuation sectors of the industry.

In recent years Matt has operated his own successful award winning retail business in Queenstown, Auckland and Te Anau and has been involved in several residential property projects.

Having worked alongside Russell Reddell previously, together they have formed a formidable team in real estate covering both the Queenstown lakes region and the specialty high country station market.

A keen outdoorsman, Matt has a passion for hunting and fly fishing. He has an affinity with the Fiordland region and often guides on the world famous Hollyford Track in Fiordland’s World Heritage Area.
