Loren Hedrick

Loren Hedrick's multi-faceted education includes multiple college degrees in Marketing, Graphic Arts and Photography, where he earned the title of Master Photographer. His first career was in the Advertising, Marketing and Public Relations Industry, where he was Art Director for the world's largest advertising agency. He went on to start a successful full service advertising agency, while winning numerous top awards. Loren Hedrick was licensed in Real Estate in 1982 in Anchorage, Alaska, where he started what soon would become the state's top real estate company. While owning and managing the company, he produced over 55 million dollars in personal sales in one year. Later he relocated to the lower 48 states, where Hedrick worked as a Sales and Marketing Manager for the number two home builder in the country with annual sales of over 1 Billion dollars.

Loren Hedrick comes to Russ Lyon Sotheby's International Realty as a Member in the International Sterling Society which is awarded to the top 8 percent of the more than 107,000 sales associates worldwide. Loren's creative talent has sold 3 of the 5 most expensive homes to sell in Sedona during the last 4 years.
