Deborah has over 30 years of experience in the marketing management of real estate, participating in the closing of over $3 billion worth of commercial transactions in New York City, Philadelphia and Connecticut. She successfully secured the management contract for The Philadelphia Museum of Art from the City of Philadelphia. Her talents for promoting Class A properties, attention to detail and marketing skills set her apart. She joined the Sotheby's International Real Estate affiliated offices in 2007.
She is licensed in the State of New York and Connecticut; a member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR), the Connecticut Association of Realtors (CAR), the Mid Fairfield County Board of Realtors (MFCAR), the Darien Board of Realtors, subscribes to the Greenwich Multiple Listing Service and Greater Fairfield County Multiple Listing Service (CMLS). She has served on the Board of the Fairfield County Chapter of the Executive Women's Golf Association (EWGA) and Daytop Village Foundation in New York City, is a former Member of the Young Men/Women's Real Estate Association of New York (YM/WREA) on which she was appointed Secretary of the Board in 1992, for many years she was a member of the Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY), and served on the Board of the Boy Scout's of America Exploring Division in NYC. At William Pitt Sotheby's International Realty, she has been awared a GOLD, SILVER and BRONZE STAR throughtout her years of service and in 2013 ranked #1 in Units produced in the Darein/Rowayton Connecticut Office.
