Anne Chakos has distinguished herself as a real estate professional who gets results. With almost 10 years of experience in Floridas real estate industry, both as an investor and an agent, she understands the importance of having market knowledge and the vision to find unique opportunities.

Anne specializes in selling luxury residential homes and custom-built estates throughout Sarasota. Her real career began in 1996 when she and her husband started Palm-Aire Properties, a boutique real estate sales firm. After several years, Anne decided to join one of the areas most respected builders, Lee Wetherington Homes, as a sales associate. During her five years with the company, Anne and her sales partner sold over $55 million in real estate.

Through these experiences, Anne gained valuable insight into the construction process as well as an understanding of customer expectations. As a result, client service, accountability and market expertise are principles Anne strives to live by. She prides herself on asking the right questions, communicating the next steps and moving the deal forward for her clients. In addition, Anne earned the CSP designation as a new homes sales professional from the National Association of Homebuilders.

Outside of her real estate career, Anne and her husband Tim are parents to their three young children - Max, Annika & Katrina. Their family enjoys the attractions that bring so many to this beautiful and thriving area: the beaches, museums, restaurants and various community activities.
