Victoria Elliot has a life-long interest in real estate as well as Interior Design having purchased, renovated and sold many of her own properties in Connecticut, New York City and upstate New York. Her long time business mentor was Barbara Dorn, former President of ASID and designer of the Fairmont Hotels, Revlon offices and many others. Although Victoria began her Real Estate career at the beginning of the downturn, she has had 2 two- million dollar sales and others just under a million. Practicing real estate professionally since 2006, her expertise is in the marketing and sale of fine homes and country estates. Her social life and friends are in most towns of the county which gives her a wide ranging perspective on life style choices. In 2006 Victoria recorded the highest sale on Woodridge Lake in Goshen at $2,450,000.
Victoria's professional background is varied including owning her own Executive Recruiting Firm, Executive Source International Ltd, with offices in London and New York City which recruited Financial Services Executives for Wall Street and the Cities of London and Frankfurt. She has also worked as an organizational psychologist and recruiter in Biotechnology and The Arts.
Victoria has lived part-time in Litchfield County for 25 years while keeping a home in New York City. She is a former member of the Mayor's Commission on the Status of Women for New York City and a current member of the National Arts Club of New York. She now resides full time in Harwinton, Connecticut where she is a member of the Inland Wetlands Committee and an adjunct member of the Historic Commission. Having owned several antique homes herself, she is a fund of knowledge about the issues of antiques.
