Erich is a true Jackson Hole local, having moved to the valley 36 years ago. Growing up in the Tetons, he took full advantage of the outdoors, becoming a world-class Nordic skier as well as a fanatic fly-fisherman, hunter. Erich was on the 1992 Winter Olympic Biathlon team (cross-country skiing and rifle marksmanship) and skied for the US Biathlon team and the Dartmouth Nordic team for over a decade. He holds a biology degree from Dartmouth College. He is community minded and has donated his time and talents on boards including the US Biathlon Association, Friends of Pathways, and is the current president of the Teton County Board of Realtors.
In his spare time Erich spends time with his wife Chris, and two sons Riis and Max. Erich shares his passion for adventure with his clients and enjoys guiding people to his favorite back-country ski run or a secret fishing hole. He is still rumored to win a race or two despite his age.
Erich stands alone in his approach of providing exceptional service and results by listening to and spending time with his clients. Along with his friendly and down-to-earth nature, his competitive side has helped him consistently become a top selling broker in the business for the past 20 years. He and his wife Chris work together as a team.
