A native of Salt Lake City, Marc attended the University of Utah where he earned a B.S. in Finance and also received an MBA from the University of Phoenix. He has been a licensed REALTOR® in Utah continually since 1971. Marc has extensive experience in all areas of the real estate brokerage industry, including having owned his own brokerage. Marc is currently a member of the Board of Directors of the Park City Board of REALTORS® and an Associate Broker with Summit Sotheby's International Realty.
Marc has closed over 1,000 real estate transactions, many of which were farm, ranch and land sales. Marc's ability to produce results for his clients, and to manage and educate others, soon led to leadership and management opportunities with major national real estate firms such as Coldwell Banker, Prudential Utah Real Estate, and Sotheby's. In spite of those responsibilities, he continued to build his client base and has been rewarded with the loyalty and friendship of many clients and an extensive network of fellow realtors who appreciate his high standards and trust him with their referrals.
Marc is involved in all facets of commercial and residential real estate with extensive knowledge of the Park City, Heber Valley, and Wasatch Front geographical areas. Farm and Ranch property is a favorite area of focus for him. He has closed sales in Salt Lake, Wasatch, Summit, Uintah, Duschesne, Davis, San Pete, Washington, Kane and Iron counties in Utah; and also in Jackson Hole, Wyoming, and Diggs and Ashton, Idaho.
Marc and his wife Tracy live in Heber City. Three of his five children are in college and their youngest is in high school. They enjoy cycling, hiking, fly fishing, golf, oil painting, and, of course, skiing. Always active in his church and community, he is a past member of the Heber Valley Foundation.
