ML is a Sales Associate who received the Top Producer Award from the Women's Council of REALTORS® each year from 2008 to 2012: and The Robbie Clark Award from the Marco Island Association of REALTORS®, which is given by peers to the agent who best exemplifies professionalism and community involvement.

ML is a Director of the Marco Island Fire-Rescue Foundation and and a member of the Marco Island Police Foundation and the Community Emergency Response Team. She co-founded the Marco Island Half Marathon (also known as the Marco Bridge Run) which is a 13 mile run through Marco Island, which is in memory of a fellow Realtor, and benefits several local charities.She has cycled across the US and Europe; climbed Mt. Kilimanjaro and Mt. Elbrus, the highest mountain in Europe;ran the New York Marathon, the Naples Half-Marathon and competed in the Naples and Marco Triathlons.

She holds an e-Pro designation, a degree in business and is a member of the Marco Island Area Association of REALTORS®, the Naples Area Board of REALTORS®, the Florida Association of REALTORS®, and the National Association of REALTORS®.
