
Penny MacIntyre is the Executive Vice President for Rego Sotheby’s International Realty, overseeing company operations and business development and active Commercial and Residential Agent. With her expertise in buyer and tenant representation, deal structure analysis and strategic negotiations for corporate headquarters, campuses, data centers and aircraft hangars, Penny’s clients include Bloomberg, AON, Ernst & Young, Jardine Matheson, Roche Pharmaceuticals, Endurance, ValidusRe and State Street Bank. Her most notable recent transaction in 2013 was the sale of the South Beaches Development (former Sonesta Hotel site) to the Green Family. In 2011 Penny became a founding member of a global partnership of top real estate professionals worldwide to expertly guide buyers and sellers on all their real estate portfolio internationally; a first in the industry! Penny previously served as a senior in-house global lease negotiator for Bloomberg, L.P. in New York City, real estate advisor for the Honorable Mayor Michael Bloomberg including mayoral campaigns, the New York City Host Committee for the Republican National Convention and the United States Secret Service New York Field Office. In 2008, Penny was selected as CORENET “Corporate Real Estate Network” – New York Chapter’s Emerging Leader. Previous to her tenure in the real estate industry, Penny was a television, radio and newsprint journalist covering political, community, cultural and business news as a broadcaster for Dow Jones / Wall Street Journal and CNN.
