Most recently with United Commercial Realty (UCR), Kevin has joined Kuper Sotheby's International Realty as a Realtor in the Boerne Office.Prior to his career in commercial real estate, Kevin was owner of The Mesa Companies and was responsible for the daily operations of a group of companies focused on development, light commercial and residential construction, project management and property inspection services.He was responsible for the direction, strategic planning, financial management, and quality control and investment strategies. With his extensive background, Kevin will focus on commercial, residential, and farm and ranch properties from the Texas Hill Country to the Gulf Coast.Manner holds a Master's degree from West Virginia University; a Bachelor's degree from John Carroll University (Ohio); is a registered builder with the Texas Residential Construction Commission and is licensed by the State of Texas as a professional inspector.
